Sima Vasa, CEO & Founder

Sima Vasa is a proven entrepreneur in the market research industry, blending supplier and vendor experience with business building and research skills. Throughout her career Sima has specialized in creating leading-edge research products to successfully grow businesses.Positions she's held: Senior Partner at Momentum Market Intelligence, President of NPDTechworld at the NPD Group, Vice President of the Technology Division at NPD, and a member of the IBM Market Intelligence Group. Sima holds an MBA in finance from the NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in marketing with a specialization in international studies from Drexel University. She was a member of the international Young President's Organization (YPO). Sima Vasa also is currently the CEO and Founder of Paradigm Precision Sample, a sister organization of Data Innovation.

Stephen Dodge, VP of Sales

Stephen Dodge has over 10 years of sales and account management experience at the NPD Group, most recently as Director, Consumer Technology focused on the printing and imaging sector. In his tenure with NPD, Stephen worked with a broad cross-section of top companies in the technology and electronics industries, assisting in the definition and execution of their market research needs. As Director of the Printing and Imaging division, Stephen was responsible for over $10M in revenue and managed a staff of six account managers. Throughout his time with the NPD Group, he delivered double digit revenue growth from his client base. He is a proven asset to his clients and has built a strong reputation for helping clients address their business needs. Stephen holds an MBA from Babson College, F.W. Olin School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree from Quinnipiac University.

Jerilyn Marler, VP of Operations

Jerilyn Marler has been engaged in high tech operations since 1984 as a consultant to small businesses, head of operations for start-ups, and an operations manager in large corporations such as Intel. She provides operational leadership with strong performance in defining needs, designing solutions, establishing best practices, and delivering against aggressive timelines. She is recognized for her management, coaching, and mentoring skills and has a passion for helping others fulfill their potential. In the 1990s Jerilyn published three after-market books on using advanced features in WordPerfect and edited dozens of technical books for MIS:Press, an imprint of Henry Holt. Since January 2009, Jerilyn has led the operations work at Data Innovation, Inc. and is now Vice President of Operations.
